DTS respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. DTS’ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
CREDIT/REFUND POLICY
- Classes may be changed or house credit may be received if cancelled before the start of the class. Once a class begins there are no refunds or credits.
- No make-ups on any classes.
- Summer programs are non-refundable. As with classes; summer programs may be rescheduled to an alternate date or you can receive a house credit if you cancel before a program begins. Once a camp begins there are no refunds or credits.
- DTS Select Summer Programs offer no refunds or credits of any kind.
- DTS Futsal Academy and DTS STEP Academy do not offer refunds or credits of any kind.
- Overnight Camps offers a full credit if you cancel 1 month before the camp start date. Within 1 week of Camp Start date, and we do not offer any credit or refund.
- Private training will be issued a house credit if cancellation is made within 24 hours.
- Field usage may be rescheduled within 24 hours, but there are no refunds.
- Leagues and Tournaments may be cancelled 7 days in advance of event.
- All house credits must be used within one year from the date its received.
