The DTS Beckham class works on the fine art of creating opportunities with passing and shooting. As a player you can decide games from “dead ball” situations. The shooting technique of a bending ball is different from that of a “regular” shot in that a player needs to hit the ball on a different spot.
What is taught in this class
Each week the instructor will teach the players another way of hitting a ball. Shooting the ball with a curve, using the outside foot to pass or crossing the ball out of the dribble and many more are topics that the players will practice over the weeks.
Teaching the players the technique first and then building up the pressure will give them confidence to add these skills in a real soccer game as well.
Who should take this class
A specific class designed for players that have successfully passed through the Powershooting classes. Players who are ready to take the next step to develop their shooting technique will fit perfectly in the DTS Beckham class. This is an advanced class!
Age: 10 – 14 years or with recommendation from DTS staff.
