DTS & Modern Goalkeeper Goalkeeper Training Systems are hosting 3 day pre-season enrichment camps for keepers from middle school ages through high school being offered this summer at Soccer Centers in Somerset, NJ.
The 3 day enrichment camps will be 5 hours in length, with 2 hours of training in the AM, a break for lunch (not provided), seminars, shooting and goalkeeper games in the afternoon. This is serious training for keepers who want to do the most to improve their abilities and to prepare themselves for the upcoming fall season.
Soccer Centers offers an indoor training environment, as well as, outdoor facilities allowing for all aspects of the position to be covered during training.

Training Schedule:
1 hr: Technical Training
1 hr: Goalkeeper Specific Conditioning
1 hr: Lunch (Not provided)
1 hr: Seminar (Tactics, Q & A, Sports Psychology, Sports Nutrition)
1 hr: Shooting, Situations, Goalkeeper Games

*DTS offers before & aftercare this summer for $10 per player per hour! Before-care is available daily from 8am-9am & Aftercare is offered daily between 3pm-5pm. All arrangements must be made in the AM upon arrival at camp.
