DTS Elite training classes are geared towards the highest level male & female players in the region. DTS Elite programs have a special curricula to improve players individual training needs & to help them reach their full potential on the field.

SPEED, AGILITY & INJURY PREVENTION (NEW)

DTS speed, agility & injury prevention classes are an ideal way for athletes to develop their skills & physical fitness through age appropriate training exercises, drills and games!

FUTSAL MOVES OF THE MASTERS (NEW)

OPEN TO ALL BOYS & GIRLS AGES 7-10 & 11-13

Players will receive instruction on ball mastery, feinting, stopping and starting, change of direction and Futsal specific moves/foot skills. These expect up-tempo sessions will focus on skill development in tight spaces and under pressure from the defender!

GOALKEEPING TRAINING

Specialized training designed to help Goalkeepers ages 7-14 develop the essential Technical, Tactical, Physical, Mental & Social skills to improve their performance between the sticks.
