DTS is hosting 3 weeks of ALL-GIRLS Soccer Camps this summer, led by Elizabeth (Betty) Zwerver – Professional Coach and Former PRO Player!
These 5 day camps combine technical training and drills’ with real game play, seminars & Q&A session with our professional player/coach! During this full day camp all players will be pushed to reach their maximum potential.

Training Format/Sample Curricula:

- 9:00-9:30am – Warm Up/ Coordination/ Balance
- 9:30-10:15am – Technical Work (Dribbling, Passing & Receiving)
- 10:15-10:45am – Speed & Agility w. Focus on Acceleration/Deceleration
- 10:45-11:30am – High intensity 1v1 Situations & Creative Playmaking
- 11:30am-12:30pm – Lunch
- 12:30-1:00pm – Small Sided Games
- 1:00-1:30pm – Classroom Setting
- 1:30-2:30pm—Technical Training (First Touch & Aerial Control)
- 2:30-3:00pm – Small sided scrimmages w. a focus on pressure & quick decision making. (2v2, 3v3 & 4v4)

INTRODUCING YOUR DTS COACH – ELITZABETH (BETTY) ZWERVER)
Coach Betty brings professional playing experience from top clubs across Europe including VV Alkmaar (Netherlands), Club Brugge (Belgium), AS Cannes (France), and Karditsa (Greece). Betty holds a KNVB Pupillentrainer License & is the current Head Coach for the NJ Premier U10 & U11 Girls teams!
*Full day players may purchase a Subway Lunch for $8 per day upon arrival in the morning. Each player will receive a 6 inch sub, snack & drink each day they order. CLICK HERE to view lunch options available to players this summer.
*DTS offers before & aftercare this summer for $10 per player per hour! Before-care is available daily from 8am-9am & Aftercare is offered daily between 3pm-5pm. All arrangements must be made in the AM upon arrival at camp.
