Dutch Total Soccer (DTS) is hosting top-level small group training sessions this Winter at Soccer Centers in Somerset, NJ. These sessions are for boys & girls birth years 2012-High school ages & are open to both current NJ Premier players & non-club members.
Each session is led by a select group of DTS coaches & players will be exposed to an elite curriculum based on the Clubs methodology to ensure top training & player development.
Each group will have a maximum ratio of 4 players per coach during the 8 week session & each week features a different topic. Participants will be matched with players of similar abilities to create the best playing environment.
Weekly Training Topics:
Class #1: Dynamic first touch
Class #2: Speed dribbling
Class #3: Passing
Class #4: Shooting technique
Class #5: Receiving into 1v1 Play
Class #6: Directional changes with dribbling
Class #7: Wall-passing
Class #8: Shooting under pressure(Training sessions will mix in small sided game play to implement the coaching principles instructed weekly)
Each training session will be held indoor Soccer Centers climate-controlled facility with extensive COVID-19 guidelines in place.
