DTS & Modern Goalkeeper Training Systems have teamed up to offer classes for players ages 9-12 & 13-16. Goalkeepers will be challenged dynamically in this 60 minute training session!
This class will focus on the following essential skills:
- Warm Up
- Speed & Agility (Goalkeeping Specific)
- Feet & Distribution
- Technical using hands and feet (teaching that session’s topic)
- Live (teaching that topic in a live, game-like situation)
- Leadership/Communication
This class features game like situations to help improve players understanding of the position.
