DTS is hosting a full day soccer clinic on Sunday 9/19/21 led by Professional Players Gina Lewandowski & Jennifer Cudjoe from Gotham FC of the NWSL! The clinic is open to GIRLS ages 7-14 and all players will be grouped by age and playing ability!
This program combines a focus of technical training and drills’ combined with positional specific training, seminars and a Q&A session with the pros! During this 1 day clinic all players will be pushed to reach their maximum potential.
This program is open to intermediate & advanced level girls ages 7-14 only.
Training Format/Sample Curricula:
- 9:00am-9:45am – Speed & Agility & Core Drills
- 9:45am-10:30am – Intense Technical Training (Back moves, Side moves, Passing moves, Combination Skills)
- 10:30am-11:00am – High intensity 1v1 Situations
- 11:00am-11:30am – Real Game Scenarios & Pressure Situations
- 11:30am-12:30pm – Lunch
- 12:30pm-1:00pm – Tactical Training & Positioning Games
- 1:00pm-1:40pm – Seminar and Q&A
- 1:40pm-2:30pm – Small & Full sided scrimmages
- 2:30pm-3:00pm – Photo & Autograph Session
